Every project begins with a vision, and this central idea informs each decision, from the very beginning till the projects completion. We work closely with you and your team of Architects, Engineers, Designers and Decorators to make your dream environment a reality. After years of
collaborating with these disciplines, we have developed a keen understanding of the value of quickly establishing a cohesive rapport between the teams on our projects. We can then work together providing value engineering to establish a scope of work and budget parameters enabling us to provide you with a preliminary Gantt Chart schedule and estimate which fits your budget.
Construction Management Services:
Communication continues, but organization is key
Construction projects are complex operations. For this reason your project will be managed daily by our principle, Steve Olson, as well as one of our sight foreman who will be on-site full time. Steve is personally involved with each project as your single point of
contact, collaborating with you and your team to ensure all material choices, orders and deliveries are being made based on your projects schedule.
We recognize that construction projects involve more than our teams alone. Steve and our site foreman are particularly sensitive to maintaining good relationships with job site neighbors and other interested parties. Our focus is to minimize our presence in the
neighborhood by maintaining a clean and safe project area. We are proud of the work we do and we want to make sure our clients are pleased with the improvements they have made to their neighborhoods.
Post Construction Services:

The relationships we build do not end with successful completion of construction, and they’re not limited to future business. Projects close, but our commitment to customer service never ends. We’re happy to answer questions, address concerns, and offer advice any time our
experience and expertise are needed.
